BASS.dll was not found

By default, BASS comes with FreeBASIC, and the file "libbass.dll" exists, but why can't I use it with "#include once "bass.bi""?

I just checked and bass.bi exist in both 32 and 64-bit versions of FreeBASIC-1.07.3 for windows but the import lib is missing in the 64-bit version, but you don't necessarily need the import lib, simply copy the appropriate version of bass.dll to the same place were the source/executable that uses the dll is
