there are 2 examples of FPS limiters in the documentation (Programmer's Guide / Graphics):
- High precision but significant CPU load : Fine-grain procedure for waiting and in-loop procedure for fine-regulating FPS
- Less precision but minimum CPU load : Lite regulation function to be integrated into user loop for FPS control
