In the year between 1994-1998, I bought a translated book on Qbasic/QuickBasic programming in my local book store; in other words, the original book should be published in its native market earlier.
The book is about game programming, in which a sprite editor is discussed where the screen is divided into several grids. There are some other topics, but I can't recall them since the book appears more than 20 years ago.
Anyone has met this book? Can you supply some info on this?
anyone remember this book?

Or search books.google.com.
Here's one that matches your time period:
https://books.google.ca/books/about/QBa ... edir_esc=y
I cannot get a preview so I can't tell you exactly what's in it.
Here's another one from the same time period:

Re: anyone remember this book?
Trying to identify a QBasic/QuickBasic programming book purchased between 1994-1998, the details are somewhat elusive. The book, focused on game programming with a sprite editor and grid-based screen, was a translated version. Specific topics beyond this are challenging to recall after more than 20 years. To rediscover the book, suggestions include searching online book databases, checking author names, engaging programming communities, exploring online marketplaces, contacting local bookstores, and consulting resources on the history of programming literature. The success of the search depends on the uniqueness of the content and the book's popularity within the programming community of that era.

Douglas C Rogers maybe or Mark Feldman?
