I accidentally came across this editor VbsEdit, it is commercial product, but there's no time limit on the evaluation version.

VbsEdit supports VBScript with syntax coloring, Intellisense, code snippets

what I think some of you may find of interest is the nice help file, it's a nice reference to not only VBScript but also JScript.
