Nice, that already must have been a lot of work.
Thanks! It certainly has taken quite a bit of time.

Wow! Super-nice! I really like it - surprising with the graphics level, you have done a great job... I like the 'Assembly Age, then the 'Quick Basic Age"... I like how the progression through languages is... you have done a good job here!

Thank you! I'm still working on a singleplayer ai and adding more content to the FreeBASIC Age.

For any other WIP, people are either very secretive or the stuff is still very much in "maybe" phase, but would love to be mistaken. Pls folks, share!

I'm working on something but, alas, I don't have anything to show just yet (been working mostly on architecture). As soon as I have something to look at, I'll post it here (hope I can reach the deadline, though)

hi,

here's the title of my entry: "Impossible Victhorse" :)

@Boromir
Your graphic style is very original. At first glance I didn't realize that it is made using ASCII chars with parallax effect.

Current look of my game:
Image
I am finally making some progress, but still so many thing to do:
* More work on the engine
* Images / animations (e.g.: The orange circle is the player)
* Adding Sound
* Scoring system
* High score list
* Settings screen
* Fix a bunch of bugs
* Etc.

I like the use of the Horsehead Nebula in the background! nice touch!

But I am confused... when I first saw your screenshot, I thought 'Hmm, some sort of scrabble + tetris thing... but then you said the orange dot was the player..... whats he doing and what are the letter blocks for?

The title is still on my to-do list with many other items. A 'fbtetris' already exists I noticed.
It is grid-based puzzle game, but with a twist. I hope to demonstrate with my game that you don't need an original idea to make something novel.
