Some while ago I created this litte code.
For windows os only. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Download:
GDI Particle Repulsion Grid (needed to run code -> external files!). Packed in a ZIP archive!
Move your mouse to manually influence the particles...
The code is too large to post it here because of embedded image as hex code. Check it out here (not runable!) ->
