If you're very lucky somebody who's still active on this forum has downloaded the file back then and archived it somewhere.

The second one seems to be what I was looking for.
BTW:
The first one ( 26_visg095.zip ) is the binary package V0.95.
The second one ( visgsrc0952.zip ) is the source AND the binaries for V0.952.
