Well, I decided that the card version of this is just too much. I didn't realize the amount of work that was needed to get this working and with my schedule, it would probably take eons to finish this. So, I am going to just do a normal tile-based roguelike. I may do a little card combat game with the card stuff I have as it is a shame to just throw it out. Maybe something along the lines of this:

Both sad and good news.
It was a great idea and some day you might have time to make the card-version.
But I would love to see you make another "ordinary" roguelike again. Your DDD1 is still the king of BASIC roguelikes in my opinion and can match many other big roguelikes out there.
So, whatever yo decide to do with the new roguelike...I bet it will be super :)
