Theirs is daily. No waiting for me to build and post it. It is much better.
I will probably stop my builds as long as theirs is up.

I'd like to thank you for your efforts. I often used this thread to download the newest version.

Could you post the daily SVN link on the first post in this thread so that people don't get confused? :-)

At the German FB portal, there are builds for only Windows and Linux.
Where we will get the build for Dos ?

They made mention of getting a DOS build up. Said that would contact me if that need any help. If I don't hear from them soon on that, I will release a DOS build.

but the line looks ok for me
declare sub glutIgnoreKeyRepeat alias "glutIgnoreKeyRepeat" (byval ignore as integer)

any idea whats going wrong?

I just had the EXACT same thing happen to me, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why, the line is right--it works for other programs, just not the one I'm working on.

So.... when Counting Pine asked if there was anything else in the program, I thought, hey, there's other stuff in my program! (Don't know why I made this connection, and don't know why it worked--maybe somebody else could explain) So I did this:

Error Version of my file:

Code: Select all

#Include once "windows.bi"
#Include Once "win/commctrl.bi"
#Include Once "win/commdlg.bi"
#Include Once "win/shellapi.bi"

#include once "GL/gl.bi"
#Include once "GL/glu.bi"
#include once "GL/glut.bi"

Presto-Chango-Rearrango Version:

Code: Select all

#include once "GL/gl.bi"
#Include once "GL/glu.bi"
#include once "GL/glut.bi"

#Include once "windows.bi"
#Include Once "win/commctrl.bi"
#Include Once "win/commdlg.bi"
#Include Once "win/shellapi.bi"

And Voila, it works fine all of a sudden! All I did was #Include the GL files first, then everything else. I suppose something in one of the windows files was interfering with that line somehow, but darn it if I know how or why. Anyway, I hope this helps if anyone else ever runs into this problem.

Yes, I can post the fbc.exe if you want, everything else would be from the regular svn build.

Finally, we've managed to rewrite our daily build system. :-) It works with the latest GIT repository contents now.

Please try it out and let me know whether you encounter any problems. :-)

It's great you got your daily builds going again, I just have one question...why is the win32 build so large?

Parts of MinGW are included to support new option -gen gcc out of the box.
