Thanks! I appreciate that. There will more content in the final plus some extras in the distro. I need some space from it so I can look at it with fresh eyes when I do my edits. I'll update when I get the final ready.

Thanks for all the work you did on this great series of articles! It has shown me a lot of things in improving my own Roguelike which I've been making for years now.

Sadly, some of these things are along the lines of "What NOT to do", but overall these are very informative and helpful.

I am not sure what you mean here. I use all of these techniques in all of my RL games, and I have written several. All of these techniques have been useful, robust and extensible. Of course everyone has their own ideas about how to create a game, so the main goal was to get someone started on building a game.

I am thrilled to see this completed. I've been away from FB for a while and will get to digesting this in hopes that I will get motivated again to continue my roguelike.
