How to publish some stuff at some open-source directory?

The question may seem very dumb, and it is probably, but I just don't know the how-to. I've been more concerned on downloading this kind of stuff than uploading some I must confess humbly (and this is probably better for all :)). Anyway so , if someone knows and has more to comment about this...

Hi Joshy, thanks. I will see if I can't go further with some new chess engine, and if this is the case, I'll release it there. I want to provide a maximum of feature of course. But essentially, I've some proof of concept right now. I'll see then. Depending on my time those next days.
