gfxlib2 licence

Post by Sisophon2001 »

Good news:
on fbc:master :: race6e24 / (readme.txt src/gfxlib2/license.txt): (link)
(counting_pine) Change gfxlib2 license to LGPL with special exception, same as rtlib license
Has this been mentioned elsewhere? I cant find it in searching.

Either way, excellent news that will hopefully be an indefinite end to the GfxLib2 licensing dilemma threads.

I was going to make a post about it in that other thread about the topic; but anyways, thanks to counting_pine who brought it back up, and thanks to yetifoot who made a post about it too, and thanks to v1ctor who agreed aswell, there we are, and hopefully this problem is now solved. I'm glad the change happened afterall.

Sorry, I neglected to add anything to the changelog, it's an invisible but significant change so I agree there should be something there.

OK, done: http://fbc.git.sf.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p= ... h=1a4ee259
