You should follow Standard C, preferably C90 since that's what most code out there is written in.

@Pete,

maybe you should post a message to request tutorials for QBExpress over in the Beginners forum---I know when I started with FreeBasic just a short while ago, I only ever looked in the Beginners section--not in Community News for a long while.

The Beginner's sub-forum is only for programming questions. ;-)

Thanks for all the great posts. I'm glad this thread caught on!

So am I allowed to "spam" the Beginners' forum with a QB Express Requests thread or not?

Putting it here is probably good enough.

The C and Fb tutorial has been discontinued and won't be completed.

I've been posting this around the community, but to avoid redundancy, I won't start another QBE thread here.

Submit to QB Express #28!

Oh yes, it's that time again...

The deadline for the next issue of QB Express is April 1st.

And we're not foolin'.

We need all the usual kinds of articles -- tutorials, game reviews, editorials, letters to the editor, comics, news briefs, games for the Gallery, and more! If you've got something to write about QB or FB, we want to publish it! QB Express is back on track, and we need your help to keep it that way.

Where'd the April issue go?

Yeah... no offense or impatience but there's some articles I'm waiting to see in there.
