Obviously, you know nothing about asm. The only difference between 16 and 32-bits that your program would care about is the addresses. Instead of using segment:offset you use offset. Ya, your right, I don't know much about asm. All the tutorials I've seen for 32 bit asm use the cluttered c runtime....

hmmm... static lib probably isn't the best way to go. think about it; If I have, say, 4 programs, sort of a package, then I have to add some 5 mb from aflib2 on to each of them. wouldn't it be more efficient to compile to a dll version?
