i don't understand that really. i am actually using threads for my program so why should i use -mt. anyway: what are the advantages and disadvantages 'for me' using -mt?

result: zstring took more cycles

both is available via pdh.

checkout:
control panel - administrative tools - performance

there you can find anything you can do via pdh. anyway this is not really the best way for you, since you only want (unaccurate) cpu usage.

this is the wrong section here btw

anyway this is very difficult. you have to use pdh (which isnt included in freebasic, so you have to wrap it manually).

as far as i know only two persons did this so far. me and someone else here in the forums working with hdd usage.

actually this is about your fault

btw you can recover them easily (normally when you recover them immediately, so nothing has used their space yet) with several software products.

hi i have written a webserver and each time i connect it uses 100kb more memory. i am now trying to find out where the problem is. however i can't find the leak. at first i thought the problem is somewhere in the lib, but my ftp server just runs fine. then my array allocation, but also my ftp server...
