you could use some winapi registry funcs to create/set this key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\DisableTaskMgr:DWORD to 1 to disable the task manager and set it to 0 or delete it to enable taskmgr again however I only went into regedit, created the key, set it to 1 and...
