Yes, libHaru is nice for PDF creation.

However, it can't read/modify existing PDFs.

A library that can both read and write PDFs, and can create and fill form fields, is PoDoFo. It's also free, open source, and available on SourceForge.

Might be of interest to someone.

AFAIK, there is no Declare statement in VBScript/ASP, so you won't be able to use FreeBASIC DLLs in those languages - they can only make use of COM libraries.
