While the above code works great compiled with -lang fb, I am having trouble getting it to work with -lang qb. I keep getting the error that the signal array has not been dimensioned. Are you verifying that it SHOULD be those values or that you are GETTING those values in FreeBasic? If you are getting those values, which OS are you using?
