Re: OpenGL Math library libglmc
Whoa, this is cool man! I don't know how I missed this the whole time. Thanks for the effort, Joshy!

Pretty interesting way to generate a zip file. Game is pretty fun too! You ever thought about making the ship rotate?

Re: ChatGPT
Thanks for posting you code. :) I wasn't necessarily looking for a solution this time, however. I was just toying with the chatbot to see what it is actually capable of. I have mixed opinions on it, but I think as a whole, it's just going to make people worse programmers. By and large, we've already...

Re: ChatGPT
I'm definitely interested to see what other people can get it to do. I've had very limited results. It's interesting how some of the theory behind what it does is solid, but it uses keywords wrong a lot. I was really surprised when it used peek and poke, for instance. I've hardly ever seen a real pe...

Re: ChatGPT
This was my input, "Write an optimized rotozoom function with sub-pixel accuracy in freebasic that work on 32 bit images only" And yeah... that was a good idea to make it clear that output image. ;) Dr_D What was the actual wording of the text question (request?) you gave to chatGPT for it...

Re: ChatGPT
Here's a thing chatgpt made. I had to modify a few things to get it to work, and I added the code to give it a practical test, but it does work "somewhat." #include "fbgfx.bi" declare sub Rotozoom(src As Any Ptr, dst As Any Ptr, src_width As Integer, src_height As Integer, ...

Re: Star Trader Game (In-progress)
Well, if you just want like a list of commodities to trade, you could always just borrow stuff from a game like Elite Dangerous. There is so much there it's ridiculous... and it's not like you're just blatantly copying because most of this stuff exists in real life.

Re: Star Trader Game (In-progress)
I have made some progress on this but I am not happy with the format of the game right now so I need to look at a different presentation and gameplay model. I am going to put this on pause for July as I have finished my outline for a novel that I want to write, so I will devote July to writing the ...

I'm glad that little game pleased you. I would be interested in seeing the Unity version as well, if you want to share. I've porte...

Re: Welcome to my newest 2D Truecolor Game Lib in FB: AFlib III.
If you need to find Adigun, I noticed that he was somehow involved with Aseprite. I'm not sure to what extent he's involved, but I just happened to notice his name on some palette files one day. I just assumed he's probably a member of that community...
