The files that end with .dll.a are import libraries, wich require the .dll files (dynamic libraries).

That is what I did not know. Thanks for the help. I will download those libraries and install them now.

It downloads and says "No files to extract". Looking in the folder it says the file has 1474 size.

Tried downloading on an old windows 98 computer as well and it downloaded 574 kb and then just turned of the download.

I have twice tried downloading the FB RadASM zip (from Ist Page of this topic) but when trying to uncompress the file it says it is corrupt and needs to be redownloaded?

This is not a normal occurance for downloading zips on this computer.
