It's software rendered (fb + asm), compiled with version 0.15.

Nothing in the works right now.

cool raycaster

http://deltacode.sytes.net/downloads/ore0x.zip This is an old raycaster I made back in 2006. It was going to be for a game, but I couldn't get it fast enough. I get around 35 fps on my 1.7ghz laptop. I was going through old files and found this. It's still cool though, so I figured I'd share it. ht...

Problems like these just take some fine-tuning to solve. You start off thinking it's simple, but then you run into these little problems like in your demo. It's perfectly normal. But what you should do is have your code organized better so that your engine is easier to fine-tune. I'm currently worki...

This came really close. I thought I might have been stomped by Zonaxtic, especially after Ciw said that there "was a clear winner." That one stood out from the crowd, for me anyway. But there seems to be a lot of different opinions on which game should have won, which just goes to show you...

That's an impressive game you got there. Nice work, and the graphics are fine (for me anyway :) ). I haven't beaten it yet, but it's fun and I'll try again. I did notice a bug though. When I demolish the solar panels, sometimes the max energy will drop below the used energy and I end up with a negat...

Here's my comments on the submitted games. I won't comment on the code, because I don't care about what it looks like or how it's structured. I'm only interested in the end result. I also give some recommendations for improvement. Note that I understand that these are games completed under a deadlin...

I have a busy week, so it might take me a couple more days to comment on all the entries. Meanwhile, I did make a few minor changes to my submissions: bug fixes, etc. Not sure if it's passed the deadline yet, but the download link is the same: http://killfest.sytes.net/deltacode/downloads/catloaf260...
