Sweeties!

It's been too long since I posted over here, so here's what we've been up to over at dbfinteractive.com and a little preview. This was made with freebasic and opengl; http://dbfinteractive.com/preview/final.exe This intro uses a nice and small framework that compiles and crunches down to about 4kb w...

Hey, I really like that idea. :)

Have you got any idea of how great that could look with some kind of bloom / glow effect? Really nice.

Hey, your version looks quite good, just get it faster and fix the colours (I honestly thought it was a bug - sorry!) and it will really rock.

It's worth spending time on Fire, it's really satisfying when you get it right :-)

Runs slow here and the palette has some artifacting problems. Fire is good fun, I made a fluid fire routine that is similar but runs a lot faster than that one you posted and I spent a long time on optimisations and the flame palette. You can l33ch here; http://www.dbfinteractive.com/FIRE.rar Fire i...

Shame that you are abandoning the project. I was going to write some articles for it but since you hid your online status on my site, never posted and took some things off my board without my permision I didn't bother. Still, I linked to you on my front page.. If this link is now dead can I remove i...

Hi Adigun, as usual from you, a great and useful program, lots and lots of interesting primatives for people to use in thier stuff. I ran it, but sadly found most of the commands were a little slow here, mind you this computer is not very good. You said you were looking for optimisations, well I wro...

Useful. This could be used for low detail stuff in the background very effectively. You see LOD routines on loads of games, why not update what's happening in the background at a lower rate too. Nice one.

Lol, no I was just drunk when I made the text. Sorry guys, the comp is open now though.

E.K.Virtanen, yip, that tune is a memorable one. I still have most of the tunes by Dezecrator from the Amiga. Nobody had the same powerful style that he had in less than 30kb!

20 Sec Code Competition. Win Amazon vouchers

First of all I want to apologise for the poor quality of this invite. I recognise this, it is lame and it was coded in about an hour so feel free to critique the invite for this, I just have a lot of things to code at the moment. No time to do a good job on all, what more to say? The compo will be c...
