Maintenance release for the 0.18 branch to fix GFX on win32. Unfortunately, serious bugs in the Win32 GFX drivers still weren't completely solved in the 0.18.5 maintenance release. We think we got them this time (honest! - Actually, we did get user feed-back saying they were fixed).
