You'll find examples of using Glade files with FreeBASIC in the examples\libraries\gtk folder of your install directory.

For more details on using libglade you're best just Googling for "libglade tutorial". The examples will more than likely be in C/C++, but the FreeBASIC library will follow this pretty closely.
