I'm sorry, but this is awesome. You should really advertise better.
The only thing this game missing is at least one more level pack with different gfx and some soothing background music.
Anyway, like I said, awesome work. Especially on the graphics. In case someone needs a motivation to download, look:
EDIT:
BTW, this is fbgfx?

Good suggestion about the mouse wheel alternative. I'll certainly add that. I might as well add key binding options while I'm at it too.
Does anyone know of a good tracker program that can save as ogg or mp3 ?
I'll add some music at the least. However, I figured people may want to listen to their own music while playing :)

THIS GAME ROCKS!!
Truly this is incredible, nice graphics and even better play control...that is perhaps the hardest thing to master in a game and you did it. This game would be top notch if you add music and sound effects. For music why not just use .mod or .it or some other form of tracked music thats if it's size your worried about. Sound effects can be anything and you could probably make them for this type of game. But definitely keep working on this game.
Two Thumbs up...DaBooda Out...

@dabooda: It would be nice to add music, via .mod , .xm or .it but I'm having trouble getting a tracker to work under this linux distro on the eee. Also, the asus seems to have a little trouble with fmod, and fbsound doesn't support tracker files as far as I know.
@Lachie: Yes, this is all native fbgfx

Mambazo, have you tried the Linux Multimedia Studio? http://lmms.sourceforge.net/ Open Source, free, looks good. And if it doesn't do OGG I'm pretty sure there are converters out there that do this conversion like this converter: http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=12608
Hope this helps.

Only thing is that with my ubuntu, left shift does not work but right one does. Bug or feature?
