I've a question for you, as you achieved a project that has apparently beaten the competitors:

Why did you choose to use Freebasic (and lothar's gui utility) for this project? Did you have in mind performance or ease in reading/writting the code, or anything else?

Hey Tourist Trap,

FreeBASIC allows me to iterate and express my ideas quickly without having to worry too much about the technicalities of programming. And Lothar's Simple GUI library much for the same reason.
