No it was only 32-bit !
But I wrote SNC imple [N]etwork [C]onnection no extra library a simple include only solution.
It works for 32/64-bit Windows, Linux including the tiny ARM devices.

Check out nettobac. It's based on the same routines as SNC, but in contrast it offers a more "BASIC-Like" API.
